10 Partner Bounce was a hit! Students partnered up and said a Partner of 10 and bounced the ball to their partner. As their partner caught the ball they said the other partner of 10. (Partner 1 says 8, bounces the ball to their partner, partner 2 catches the ball and says 2, Partner 2 picks a new partner of 10, says 3, bounces the ball to Partner 1, Partner 1 says 7, etc) Playing games is a great way to practice composing and decomposing numbers.
