Mrs. Walter's Classroom Blog: Mystery Reader #12

Mystery Reader #12 was Mrs. Houghton. She introduced us to new characters in a series called Sweet Pickles. Mrs. Houghton read us The Great Race. The students LOVED these silly characters.

Friday March 15 - Read - A- Thon launch

Friday March 22 - No school Spring break begins

Monday April 1 - School resumes

Read -A- Thon Spirit Week

Monday April 8rd - Wear a hat or a shirt with words

Tuesday April 9th - Bring a blanket and flashlight, reading in the dark

Wednesday April 10th - Reading gives you super powers. Dress as your favorite super hero or character from a book

Thursday April 11th - School Spirit Day - Wear Red and Black

Friday April 12th - Pajama Day and all school read in/pajama party, in the gym to celebrate the continuous reading all week.

Friday April 12th Read -A- Thon wrap up - All money due

Friday April 12th - Westwoods Cheers Collaborative Art Night at Hotel Indigo (adults only)

Friday April 19th - No school

Thursday May 2nd - Music Informance 12:30 in the Fine Arts Room
